I see you as the expert of yourself and my role, as your coach, is to help you process your life. I believe everything you need to heal and improve your life is within you. Let me help you return to your heart so you can discover your values-based goals and address patterns of behaviour that you want to change so you can make daily choices toward becoming the person you want to be.

I am a certified (master-level) trauma-informed wellbeing coach specialising in stress and anxiety.

I am also a registered yoga teacher, certified trauma-sensitive mindfulness teacher, 1 Giant Mind meditation teacher, and certified in acceptance and commitment therapy with a Bachelor of Education.

Our sessions together include a mixture of trauma-sensitive mindfulness practices, values-based goal setting, yoga + breathing techniques and lots of education on how to strengthen your wellbeing.

About Me

I’m a Mum of two teens, wife, and a wellbeing coach with a passion for netball, coconut matcha lattes, and yoga. But above all else, I am love!

There was a time when I didn't love myself so much though.  I was on a mission to show the world that I could do everything, all at once and I was a hot mess for it.

I was completely out of value + burnt out, aiming to achieve meaningless goals and completely disconnected from who and what I truly was. 

The outside world saw success; a TV host and stylist running a great business, married, two kids, premier netball player, and athlete training for the 1/2 ironman.

But inside I felt broken. 

My dream of being a calm and fully present earth mother was virtually nonexistent; I was tired yet too wired to sleep.  So anxious, exhausted, and embarrassingly impatient with my family. 

I was a human DOING, not a human BEING.

Then one day I found myself in the hospital mentally, emotionally + physically exhausted. I was unable to breathe properly, I felt faint, nauseous and so unwell.

I would discover that night that I was having an anxiety attack (the first of many) and that I was suffering from anxiety.  When I asked the doctor how I could stop this from happening again, his answer was, 'Talk to your GP about medication!'.

I couldn't believe it. Surely there were other options to try first?! As much as medication can help some people I just knew in my heart it wasn't for me. There had to be another way.

So I went on a beautiful, and at times challenging, journey to rediscover who and what I was.

To this day I continue studying wellbeing and living everything I coach so that together we can all become more conscious, connected and calm.

If you are in Wellington, NZ, you can book in and come to see me in person at the 'Health Hut'... my little cozy clinic. Or, if you're somewhere else in NZ or even overseas, I use telehealth.
